Main Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Material Control Coordinator to join our team at the Integration Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all materials entering the integration centre, ensuring accurate delivery and stock control, and supporting the timely delivery of materials for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive third-party, internal, and free-issue equipment for the Integration Centre.

  • Inspect all packaging for mechanical damage and liaise with suppliers for replacements if needed.

  • Verify that delivered items match the purchase order, requesting assistance where necessary.

  • Enter goods received into the purchasing system and assist with purchase order invoice queries.

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of materials delivered to the Integration Centre, along with their storage locations.

  • Inform requisitioners about material availability.

  • Track and manage outstanding delivery dates and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

  • Ensure materials are appropriately packaged and have the correct paperwork for dispatch.

  • Assist with packing, unpacking, and dispatching goods (including crates from ISC and third-party suppliers).

  • Support integration and engineering staff with equipment movements.

  • Safely load and unload vehicles, using mechanical aids when necessary. Forklift operation may be required.

  • Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate the movement of goods with third-party couriers.

  • Adhere to corporate, local, health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations.

  • A current Forklift License (RTITB approved Counterbalance certificate).

  • Basic IT skills and competency in using computers.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team.

Job Dimensions:
This role involves performing general store duties for the Integration Centre with limited supervision.
