Due to a new exciting role becoming available Senior Salmon are looking for a Manufacturing supervisor for an offsite buildings company.
The role of the Supervisor - will involve:
Dealing with the fabrication of modular plant from start to finish
Liaise with the project management teams discuss progress and programmes
Management of raw materials and stock levels
Ensure company assembly procedures are adhered to
Liaise regularly with management in relation to labour resources, training, machinery.
Ensuring the project progresses in a timely manner and in accordance with project programs and specifications
Manage and schedule workload accordingly in the assembly facilities
The ideal applicant :
Must have Supervisor experience within the plumbing and heating market sector
Sound technical knowledge of plumbing and pipe fitting etc
Good people management skills (15-20 reports)
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong organisation and time management skills
