About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Management Accountant to join our growing finance team at our head office in Alcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of key commercial accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial insight, improving performance, and supporting decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with supporting commentary

  • Business partner with commercial teams to provide financial support and insights

  • Monitor and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variances

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts

  • Produce financial reports to support strategic planning and decision-making

  • Provide commercial analysis on product margins, pricing, and profitability

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

  • Maintain and improve internal controls and processes

  • Liaise with auditors during internal and external audit processes

  • Ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required by senior management
