Position:  Car Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £28k + commission

Location: Alcester, England (Warwickshire)

Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours of work: 9am – 5pm (Mon-Fri, with weekend availability)

 

We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive with a passion for performance cars and expertise in vehicle remapping and modifications in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. As a Car Sales Executive within our retail sales team, you will act as an independent performance and restoration specialist, delivering exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the efficient operation of our busy workshop. A solid understanding of automotive parts and performance enhancements, combined with outstanding sales, organizational, and communication skills, is essential for this Car Sales Executive role.

 

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive :

  • Welcome customers and support them with their service requirements.
  • Coordinate service appointments and provide customers with updates on their vehicle's progress.
  • Deliver precise estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians to facilitate effective communication.
  • Promote additional services or products tailored to customer needs.
  • Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills & Experience of a Car Sales Executive :

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
  • Skilled in utilising computer systems and software for service scheduling and record management.
