- Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Build relationships with existing customers, offer support and resolve queries.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maximise existing opportunities.
- Attend client visits, trade exhibitions and networking events.
- Ensure data is inputted accurately and orders are processed.
- Report to colleagues and senior managers
- At least 1 years’ experience within customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and be proactive.
- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is ideal.
