We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team in Alcester.

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading a nursing team to deliver the clinical initiatives across the network, ensuring clinical compliance is being delivered against regulatory requirements, and providing solutions to continually improve the delivery of care to our clinical customers. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement the Clinical Governance Strategy, ensuring the nursing team undertake all regulatory reviews of our clinical customers in line with CQC and CIW regulations.
  • Accountable for the nursing team to deliver clinical interventions/delegated nursing tasks and procedures, providing guidance and support for Registered Managers around Complex Care.
  • Working collaboratively with functional leads and creating excellent working relationships, ensuring that a professional manner is always maintained with members of the team, company, customers and carers.
  • Work closely with senior regional teams and key Support Office departments to ensure nursing team deliver against objectives that ensure all clinical customers receive care from skilled and trained carers within the package of care
  • Monitor and gain insight into the performance of Complex Care packages across the business to ensure 100% compliance is achieved for all customers against CQC or CIW regulations.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have valid NMC pin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and energetic, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multi-tasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail skills. As a proactive problem-solver, you will think creatively to find solutions and be a strong communicator, able to negotiate, influence, and drive positive change. Building and maintaining effective relationships both internally and externally is essential, as is a commitment to delivering high-quality, fair care. You will also have a thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards and a passion for continuously improving care delivery.
