One of our clients in Alcester are currently on the lookout for a Internal Sales Executive to join their team.

Monday to Friday - Office based only

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am-12:30pm on Friday

Salary: £26-£32K DOE

Contract: Temp to perm

Duties include:

  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing detailed product information and responding to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high satisfaction and ustomer loyalty.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders in coordination with the external sales team.
  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and order fulfillment to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new business and expansion opportunities within current customer segments.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working in technical sales
  • Experience producing quotations from technical drawings would be a distinct advantage
  • Technical or Engineering qualifications are desirable
  • Knowledge fluid handling and or automotive would be advantageous
  • Experience using MRP and or CRM software desirable for this together with some experience updating websites/using marketing tools.
