- Responding to queries about products, services and cost within SLA’s
- Technical Support and training to dealers
- CRM database maintenance and reporting
- Daily file key management
- Testing and product research
- Support Workshop activities and dyno testing
- Strong IT skills including high knowledge of MS packages
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Good customer Service and Telephone Manner
- Time management and organisational skills is key within this role whilst still providing excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for IT and Tech!
- Automotive experience required.
