The position is for an IT Engineer (Internal Support) based in Alcester, with travel to Derby once a week.
The role offers a salary of up to £42,000 plus a bonus, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am to 12:30 pm or 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Candidates should have experience in enhancing IT systems through installation, configuration, and performance monitoring of hardware and infrastructure.
Essential skills include strong experience with the Microsoft stack, 1st and 2nd line support, and familiarity with various IT projects and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office Systems, basic networking, and working with ERP systems.

Experience with Microsoft Office Systems: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Azure, Defender
Experience with working with ERP Systems
Basic networking experience (switching, routing, firewalls)
Strong experience of providing 1st and 2nd line end user support (Microsoft 365 environment)
