- As a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing and maintaining our Quality & Environmental Management Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, and ISO14001 standards. You will work closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, lead improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain and develop Quality & Environmental Management Systems to meet industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, ISO14001) and customer-specific requirements.
- Report on quality and environmental KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as a primary contact for customers and third parties regarding Quality and Environmental Management matters.
- Lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformances, and support corrective action processes.
- Support new product introduction and ensure audit readiness across the business.
- Lead quality-related training and mentoring to foster a Zero-Defect culture.
- Participate in problem-solving exercises to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure sustainability practices are embedded in operations, and drive initiatives to achieve environmental objectives in alignment with our environmental pathway.
- Previous experience working in a Quality Manager/Lead role
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards AS9100 and/or AS13100
- Well versed in preparing for and hosting internal and external audits
