Your new roleAre you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexible work in the Alcester area? Hays are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated supply teachers to cover a range of year groups across local primary schools on a day-to-day basis. Your new job will require you to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adapt to different classroom environments and follow school policies. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils and be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff/What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this new job you will need to have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and I must be able to obtain primary references from within the last 5 years. Experience working across primary key stages (EYFS - KS2). Have a flexible and proactive approach to teaching and excellent behaviour management and communication skills.This role is suitable for ECT's up to more experienced teachers.
