About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inspector. This role involves carrying out first-off inspection, receipt inspection, calibration activities, and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards. The successful candidate will work with CMM's and manual inspection techniques to support operations and ensure all components meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st off Inspection (CMM/Manual), Receipt Inspection, and Calibration activities
- Run CMM programs, analyse results, and make appropriate quality decisions
- Maintain the integrity of CMM programs, ensuring they are stored correctly
- Support internal non-conformance processes, raising rejects and ensuring containment actions are taken
- Liaise with Engineering teams to ensure smooth transition of new products (NPI)
- Complete FAIR packs using CMM and manual inspection
- Ensure all measuring equipment is used correctly and conforming to inspection plans
- Carry out in-process inspections to ensure component quality before moving to the next operation
- Identify and report non-conforming components, following company procedures
- Complete work bookings within the MRP system for accurate records
- Follow correct work handling and storage instructions to prevent component damage
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and adhere to company procedures and policies

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Knowledge of CMM operations and manual inspection techniques
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, inspection plans, and manufacturing instructions
- Strong attention to detail and a right-first-time mentality
