Role Overview:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, with a focus on agricultural property matters, providing expert legal advice to rural businesses, landowners, and farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial litigation, including contract and partnership disputes.
- Manage agricultural property cases (tenancies, land rights, boundary issues).
- Advise clients on agricultural holdings and rural property transactions.
- Utilize dispute resolution strategies like mediation and arbitration.
- Contribute to business development and work closely with internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation and agricultural property law.
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural law and property disputes.
- Strong litigation experience and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
