I’m currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager for a leading privately owned business in Aldeburgh, a business that values both their clients, customers & staff.

The position is paying up to £40,000 with quarterly bonus, pension, 22 days holiday plus many more benefits! Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business through networking, social media and building your market of contacts.
  • Managing a large portfolio of clients and retaining business.
  • Growing the existing portfolio of properties whilst always keeping the expected level of quality to the highest.
  • Establish connections with local developers, builders, architects, and estate agents to actively offer holiday let projections. Skills:
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador with a passion for property, the local area, and delivering high standards in both property and customer service.
  • Possesses excellent networking skills, confidently engaging with individuals at all levels.
