The position is paying up to £40,000 with quarterly bonus, pension, 22 days holiday plus many more benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business through networking, social media and building your market of contacts.
- Managing a large portfolio of clients and retaining business.
- Growing the existing portfolio of properties whilst always keeping the expected level of quality to the highest.
- Establish connections with local developers, builders, architects, and estate agents to actively offer holiday let projections.

- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
