We are looking to recruit a full time Food and Beverage Assistant at this busy luxury, privately owned 35 bedroom "Country House Hotel by the Sea".

The Role

You will be responsible for the set up and smooth running of your section in the restaurant throughout service. You will attend to your guest's needs, take orders and deliver all food and drinks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

You must be well presented, be a customer service focused individual, who is highly motivated and a great communicator. You must have a strong passion and interest in food and wine.

The successful candidate will be required to work a mixture of shift during the week, including evening and weekends. Hours will normally be around 35- 40 per week.

Live-in accommodation is available, inclusive of food, all utilities and WIFI access.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.55 per hour
