Sales Manager

Alderley Edge (3 days office, 2 days home)

Mon to Friday 8.30 to 5pm

Salary: £50-70k with £20-25k additional OTE

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales manager to come in and lead an existing outbound team, based in Alderley edge.

This role whilst initially managing a team of SDRs, will become a larger role very quickly managing multiple teams and managing managers- therefore experience of managing sales team and sales managers is preferred.

As Sales Manager initially you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of 12 SDRs

- Recruitment and retention of SDRs

- 1:1 coaching and development of your team

- Identifying training needs and working with the training team to create training strategies

- Accountable for a team target- weekly. monthly and annually

- Process improvement and creating relevant sales strategies to ensure YOY growth

Salary is £50-70k DOE, with an additional 20-25k OTE, hybrid working and an impressive benefits package!
