One of our long standing maintenance clients based around the UK have an immediate vacancy for aRetrofit Contracts Manager covering the North West of England, mainly around the Alderley Edge and surrounding regions.
Duties will include;
- Delivery of Retrofit programme for social housing provider.
- Overseeing loft, wall and under floor insulations, cavity extraction & cavity fill plus windowsand doors replacements to PAS2035 compliance
- Managing site team to ensure delivery & compliance.
- Liaising with client to ensure smooth programme.
- Reporting on progress to client & branch for commercials.
- You must have a proven track record in the Retrofit field.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary + car allowance of approx. 6.5K per annum plus bonus.
Interviews will be on a 2-stage process starting next week.
