Responsibilities amongst others will include:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Advise leadership on financial matters and planning.
Manage risk, compliance, and long term financial planning.
Optimise capital structure and liquidity management.

Develop structured finance solutions and foster stakeholder relationships.

Leverage analytics to enhance financial efficiency and decision-making.
Implement KPI dashboards and conduct scenario analyses

Oversee accounting, reporting, and controls.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Strengthen financial systems and scalability.

What we need you to bring to the business:

Qualified finance professional - ideally ACA Big 4 trained
Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles
Strong expertise in structured finance/corporate treasury/capital markets
Exceptional data analytics skills
Demonstrated experience in scaling financial operations within a high growth business
Previous experience in Financial Lending
