Key Responsibilities:- UX & Development Leadership: Lead the design and development process, guiding your team in delivering innovative, user-centered solutions.
- Team Management: Manage and prioritize the team’s tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, commercial, and operations teams, as well as external stakeholders, to align UX initiatives with business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and interpret stakeholder needs, product requirements, and user journeys, transforming them into actionable design and development plans.
- Project Ownership: Oversee projects from wireframing and prototyping to development and launch, ensuring a seamless Software Development Lifecycle.
- Strong commercial experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful UX projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive project improvements on existing systems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD for creating wireframes and user flows.
