To £70,000 + benefitsLocation: Alderley Edge, Manchester (hybrid - 2-3 days per week)Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Manager to drive the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into our organisation. This role demands a mix of analytical, technical, and managerial expertise to oversee the integration lifecycle and collaborate with various teams. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in corporate system integration and strategic planning, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration plans for new acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Identify and prioritize key initiatives to maximize value and efficiency.• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to execute integration activities on time and within budget. Mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly. Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.• Due Diligence: Participate in technology assessments to evaluate risks, opportunities, and requirements. Work with M&A teams to address integration challenges and identify synergies.• Systems Integration: Manage the implementation of core systems into international subsidiaries. Oversee data migration and re-establish integrations with partners. Lead the rollout of ERP systems and ensure effective training and support.• Collaboration & Change Management: Coordinate with departments such as finance, IT, HR, and legal for smooth integration. Develop and implement change management strategies and communicate progress to stakeholders.• Performance Tracking: Monitor integration progress and outcomes. Prepare and present status reports, conduct post-integration reviews, and apply continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications:
