Production Manager, Pharmaceutical Location: Knutsford Type: Permanent Hours: Days, Monday - Friday Salary: £40,000 CIRCA (depending on experience) Additional: 25 days holiday (pro rata) + BH, company pension, share scheme initiative Job OverviewRussell Taylor is working exclusively with a Biotech firm who are expanding their facility and introducing new Clean Room lines. We need an experienced head for this role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines.There are grade C,D areas. Duties• Managing a production team (x7 staff currently) and daily activities• Working within a Grade C,D Clean Room adhering to cGMP standards• Environmental monitoring • Ensuring staff are working safely, wearing personal protective equipment as directed and cleaning/maintaining their PPE.• Ensuring the batch manufacturing records are updated • Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure optimal efficiency• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production• Creating and updating SOPs• Oversee the setup and operation of machinery and equipment• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standardsThe Person • Will have significant experience managing/ leading teams- working in an cGMP facility with clean room experience• Experience in SOP write up and conforming to GMP QMS • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills needed for training and for liaising with stakeholders Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
