Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a leading cosmetic surgery provider, who are currently in search for a Cosmetic Clinic Nurse to join their clinic located in Cheshire. They specialise in cosmetic surgical procedures for face, body and breast.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Nursing team to provide effective and patient focused care, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic. They carry out a full range of cosmetic procedures including Breast Enlargements, Breast Reconstruction, Liposuction, Tummy Tuck, Rhinoplasty and Face Lists to name a few.
You will have a number of duties which includes conducting pre-operative care to patients undergoing cosmetic procedures ensuring they are fit for surgery, post-operative care, patient education, taking bloods, wound care, stock management and liaising all relevant information between surgeons, clinical staff and administrative team.
This is a part-time position consisting of 22.5 hours per week,which will be worked across days only. The majority of shifts will be 09:30-17.30, but they do require typically one later shift per week which is 12:00-20:00. The rotas are complete months in advance to ensure you are able to plan and manage your personal life, offering great work-life balance!
In order to be successful in this position, you will need to be clinically qualified, registered with the NMC and have the right to work in the UK.
Interview Process
1. Initial MS Teams interview
2. Face-to-face meeting at the clinic so you are able to meet the team and have a look around the service.
Requirements
- RGN with NMC registration
- Previous experience in a surgical setting (cosmetic experience is not essential, but desirable)
- Confident in wound care and phlebotomy
- Strong pre and post operative care
- Previous experience in Outpatients/Pre-Assessment/Clinic
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Passion to work in the cosmetic industry
Salary & Package
There is a generous salary of up to £35,000 per annum (this will be pro-rata). My client is also offering additional benefits including annual leave, death in service, private pension scheme, excellent training opportunities and great working hours to give you a better work-life balance.
