Office Manager

Our client, and award winning Consultancy Practice, is seeking a conscientious, diligent Office Manager with excellent communication, planning and organisational capabilities

Able to assist in areas of office management, general admin, finance, and HR you will also provide meaningful and proactive support to the Director and wider Senior Leadership Team, requiring you to be organised, proactive and assertive whilst working in a calm and approachable way.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Planning and organising activities on behalf of the Director, understanding the business priorities to manage their diary ensuring effective and efficient use of time
  • Organising meetings, teleconferences, video/presentation or internal/external meetings.
  • Taking minutes or notes at meetings as required
  • Providing assistance in preparing for external and internal meetings
  • Dealing with company cars
  • Reviewing expenses claims for all staff member
  • Overseeing GDPR requirements
  • Filing, organising online filing
  • Day to day office management to ensure that the business runs effectively

This role requires someone who is professional and discreet as you will be handling complex and confidential diaries and information
