We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and well-maintained for all visitors and staff.
Hours and shifts can vary depending on client needs.
After 12-weeks you will become a permanent member of staff.
11.44 Per Hour (Paid Weekly).
Temporary to Permanent Employment.
Part-time and or full-time hours available, weekdays and weekends.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, scrub, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately while ensuring recycling protocols are followed.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to ensure clarity and shine.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer instructions to prevent accidents or damage.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any repairs needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients professionally.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and improving processes.
You must be eligible to work in the UK, and willing to work in the Aldermaston and Thatcham areas.
