BCS are recruiting for a construction based Project Manager to work for the strategic works division for a local construction based building contractor.
PM's will be working on anything upto 25 projects ranging in value of upto £1m.
Must Haves:
- Good standard of basic education.
- CSCS Card White -Academically/Qualified or Black – Manager
- SMSTS
- NVQ 6
- Asbestos Awareness
- First Aid
- MEWPS For Managers
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Face Fit RPE
- Fire Marshall
- NEC 4 Training
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work to a high standard and attention to detail.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
- Commercial Awareness/Experience of NEC Contracts.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 Years commercial fit out industry
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience on AWE projects and familiarity with procedures would be advantageousÂ
