Product Engineer - HYBRID ROLE. Are you experienced in High-Frequency Electronic Products? Our client, a global leading electronics connector company is recruiting a Product Engineer. This role is crucial in strengthening their understanding and market presence across our Industrial, Automotive, and ICT sectors, with a specialisation in High-Frequency products. As a Product Engineer, you will support the Sales team by providing technical expertise, attending customer meetings, and developing high-quality marketing materials.

Product Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's connector and antenna portfolio within core industries.
- Support Sales teams with technical advice and presentations, becoming a subject matter expert.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for new product developments, contributing to business plans and marketing strategies.
- Occasionally travel within Europe and overseas for customer meetings and industry events.

Product Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in technical discussions with customers, adapting presentations and creating marketing content.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Research market trends, attend conferences, and engage in technical committees to identify new opportunities.
- Create business plans outlining product potential, sales forecasts, and target markets.
- Support project management by facilitating communication between European operations and headquarters.
- Provide input to the Marcom team for external platforms and websites.
- Contribute to exhibitions through preparation and attendance.

Product Engineer - Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong engineering / electronics background with a focus on digital/high-frequency transmission products.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related fields) preferred; minimum HND or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive approach with excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to deliver professional presentations and reports to various stakeholders.
