About the Role
As a Window and Door Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors.
In this role, you will:
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using cutting, routing, and assembling techniques
- Operate general machines and fabrication equipment
- Utilise hand and power tools effectively
- Follow procedures and instructions related to safety and quality
- Pay attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of quality in your work
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving quality and productivity targets
- Continuously develop your skills
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in cutting, routing, assembling, and general fabrication
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions, especially regarding safety and quality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to check and measure work
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving targets and personal growth
