This is an exciting, newly created role working within a highly successful, niche media company. Joining a busy, small team, you will become a pivotal member, liaising with clients, organising and scheduling work, ensuring accuracy is upheld at all times. You will have excellent training, but any education in media and office administration experience will be a huge plus

Your role will involve:

  • Scheduling content across various platforms, handling artwork traffic management
  • Ensuring content tracking systems are kept up to date, monthly & Quarterly reporting of content figures
  • Production costing and distribution of mailers
  • Building lasting relationships with clients
  • Managing content requirements from clients - scheduling and tracking as required
  • Checking content is to spec before scheduling, providing artwork guidance where necessary
  • Organising the production of mailing campaigns - from initial quote, artwork proofing to distribution
  • Management of databases

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Administration job experience
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and set objectives working autonomously to ensure deadlines are met
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good I.T. skills are essential with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Client & customer communication experience with professional phone manner
