Role Overview:

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising a company's service delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the recruitment and management of the Service team
  • Optimising team structure and ensuring adequate coverage for all roles
  • Achieving budgetary targets
  • Business Development - Securing new project opportunities
  • Addressing people challenges and managing work in progress
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participating in marketing campaigns to generate new business
  • Your primary responsibilities will include

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A valid driving license

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes
