Marketing & Communications Administrator

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Communications Administrator to join our vibrant Media & Communications team. In this role, you'll primarily focus on communications but will get to dabble in other areas too, keeping things fresh and varied. You'll be collaborating with three fantastic teams; Digital Marketing, Communications, and Brand & Creative to help bring our big ideas to life!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Crafting engaging content for both print and digital platforms.
  • Gathering and organising information from colleagues to share with our Brand & Creative team.
  • Helping maintain and improve strategic guides for our volunteer Media Officers.
  • Giving communications and copy a final polish with your proofreading skills.
  • Letting your creativity shine in brainstorming sessions for media and comms campaigns.
  • Pitching in on internal communication projects across the organisation.
  • Producing reports to help track our success and growth.
  • Assisting in putting together press releases and other publications.
  • Creating bi-weekly email newsletters by pulling together the latest updates.
  • Managing the group inbox and responding to queries.
  • Helping organise national conferences and training sessions (because who doesn't love a good event?). And of course, handling various admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly!

About You:

  • You're a confident communicator who can easily adapt your tone to suit different audiences.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach to any challenge!
  • A qualification in marketing or communications would be fantastic, but if you're simply passionate about breaking into the marketing world, we'd love to hear from you!

Bonus Info:

This role may require a bit of travel to attend some of our brilliant team events and activities, which we'll plan out ahead of time.
