Overview
We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3/5 axis milling machines using Heidenhain controls.

Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
  • Programming CNC mills using Heidenhain controls
  • Setting up and calibrating machine tools
  • Operating CNC milling machines to produce parts within tight tolerances
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshooting machine and tooling issues

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating 3/5 axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of machining principles and tooling technologies

Day-to-day

  • Programming and setting up CNC mills for production runs
  • Operating machines to produce precision parts
  • Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to ensure product specifications are met
  • Troubleshooting and resolving machine and tooling issues

Rate and Package
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
