Job: Customer Delivery Coordinator 
Location: West Byfleet, KT14
Salary: Up to £28k per annum
Perm / full time office based

The Customer Delivery Co-ordinators  are responsible for ensuring the successful outcome of fast feedback and gathering insight from families and taking ownership of outstanding actions, seeing them through to completion by raising additional orders, liaising with operational teams and confirming family are satisfied with the outcome.

Fast Feedback

  • Input data into ‘fast feedback’ form in a consistent way, using the prescribed methodology
  • Highlight any behavioural trends immediately
  • Track and progress any follow-on work, keeping families updated through to works completion
  • Suggest ideas for continuous improvement of service
  • Provide wrap around care to our service families and follow through to completion
  • Contact 100% of complaints
  • Input data
  • Highlight behavioural trends
  • Suggest ideas for continuous improvement of service
  • Manage escalations and fast feedback
  • ake calls from internal customers and provide a resolution
  • Generate reports
  • Other Ad-hoc duties

Although you will be responsible for the management of individual cases this role will see you building relationships within the operational teams within your patch to ensure optimal customer experience and service.

Experience
  • Experience in housing / repairs or a similar envrionment
  • Customer contact centre, administration, or back-office support roles
  • Front-line customer experience, speaking directly to customers
  • Ideally knowledge of domestic properties, repairs or maintenance
  • Proficient at MS Word, Outlook, teams and Excel essential
