Our client based on the outskirts of Aldershot are seeking a hard-working and positive individual to join their busy Customer Service team. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with customers over the phone, you must be available immediately to be considered for this role!
Duties:
- Checking customers orders when they are received
- Entering orders immediately onto the system
- Contacting customers about their orders and deliveries
- Answering daily calls in a friendly manner
- Handle all inbound queries
- Stock checks when required
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience within a busy customer service department would be advantageous
You must be able to drive and have access to a car for this role.
