What You’ll Be Doing:?? Repairs & Remedial Works: Attend sites to perform repairs and remedial tasks following EICR condition reports.?? Fault Diagnosis & Resolution: Tackle faults head-on, troubleshooting issues and recording details for follow-up actions.?? Compliance & Safety: Perform compliance checks like emergency light testing, periodic inspections, and ensure all work meets health and safety regulations.?? Maintenance & Projects: Handle both reactive and planned maintenance while contributing to exciting refurbishments and upgrades.?? On-Call Duty: Participate in on-call rotas for out-of-hours emergencies (once per month).
What We’re Looking For:?? Skills & Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant field
- 17th Edition certification (18th Edition preferred)
- Proven experience in testing, installing, and fault-finding
- Full driving licence
- 2391 Testing and Inspecting
?? Personality:
- Proactive, flexible, and passionate about solving problems
- Comfortable working with modern tech tools like iPhones, iPads, or Android devices
- CSCS card and IPAF/MEWP qualifications (training available if needed)
- Experience in reactive and small project maintenance
