Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are looking for an experienced Production Operative for our client based in Aldershot, Hampshire.  About The Role:Talent Guardian are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join the team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing your skills to produce durable, precise, and aesthetically pleasing products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and assemble precise customer orders, following specific instructions and designs.
  • Operate various machinery and fabrication equipment, ensuring efficient production.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, routing, and assembling components.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards by following procedures and guidelines.
  • Inspect and measure components for accuracy and quality, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, striving to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to improve performance and efficiency.
Skills required:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication and production. 
  • Proficient in using cutting, routing, and assembling techniques, with a strong understanding of fabrication processes.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools and their proper usage.
  • Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols, with a focus on quality control.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire for personal growth and professional development.
