Position: Machine Parts PolisherSalary: £14.50 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience) plus overtime at time and a half and benefits Hours: 40/week; Mon - Thurs, 06:30 - 15:15, Fri 06:00 - 13:00Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areasCompanyAn established and growing manufacturing company who precision machined parts and solutions to various industries, mainly Aerospace and Defence, are recruiting for a Machine Parts Polisher. ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for performing deburring processes including polishing, grinding, smoothing and buffing aerospace machined parts, ensuring they are conforming to drawing and specification.

- Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling - training will be provided to cover all areas including fettling, polishing, part marking, etc.
- Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order
- Be able to work at a high level of quality control to avoid inspection returns
- Support colleagues by assisting with other duties when required, to aid the smooth running of the Company
Requirements
- Relevant experience gained in a similar industry
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally production-based) that can be noisy
- A desire to learn a new skill and develop within a successful company
