ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for performing deburring processes including polishing, grinding, smoothing and buffing aerospace machined parts, ensuring they are conforming to drawing and specification.

  • Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling - training will be provided to cover all areas including fettling, polishing, part marking, etc.
  • Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order
  • Be able to work at a high level of quality control to avoid inspection returns
  • Support colleagues by assisting with other duties when required, to aid the smooth running of the Company

Requirements

  • Relevant experience gained in a similar industry
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally production-based) that can be noisy
  • A desire to learn a new skill and develop within a successful company
