Your Mission:As our Health and Safety Manager, you will be the champion of safety within our organisation, ensuring that every team member can perform their duties in a safe environment. Your expertise will help us identify hazards, implement effective safety programmes, and foster a culture of safety first!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Lead safety training programmes for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, providing thorough reports and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises.

What You Bring:

  • 3 years proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
  • NEBOSH and IOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety.
  • Experience in managing and delivering ISO14001 Environmental Management system
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
