About the Role:
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to help children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group assistance.
- Offer behaviour and pastoral support.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with students.
- Adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
- Safeguard the well-being of all students.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training (CPD).
