***IT SUPPORT JUNIOR***A sought after opportunity has landed for an highly motivated IT Support Junior to join a busy technical support team. This role would suit a customer focused person with a passion for all things IT who is looking for their first role within the industry. This is a technically 'hands on' role where you will be assisting with the smooth running of their clients IT, Infrastructure and Networking technologies along with supporting their hosted voice clients. Full systems training will be provided.Salary up to £26K depending on experience Key responsibilities for the IT Support Junior include,
- Provide telephone and email support to customers in order to maintain their systems
- Use of remote tools to assist customers in troubleshooting problems
- Manage technical issues by creating cases within the company help desk system
- Create and maintain self-help documents
- Build and maintain customer rapport
- Ensure clear, professional communication between the team and customer
The ideal IT Support Junior will need,
- Full UK driving licence as customer site visits may be required
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills essential
- A genuine interest in supporting customers with their IT, telecoms, Cyber Security, server and telephone systems problems
Note this is an office-based position where you will receive full training and support on all systems
