Job Overview:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organising, and managing a busy workload to meet company objectives. Your ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to fine detail, along with your discerning approach and good judgment, will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and manage logistics operations to deliver objectives
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
- Work closely with freight forwarders and maintain a good working knowledge of their operations
- Apply excellent comprehension of INCO terms in daily tasks
- Communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain high standards of numeracy and articulation in all communications
- Planning & Organisation: Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage a busy workload effectively
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks with exceptional attention to fine detail
- HMRC Regulations: Good understanding of HMRC regulations
- Freight Forwarders: Working knowledge of freight forwarders and their operations
- INCO Terms:Good comprehension of INCO terms
- Communication: Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Numeracy:High standards of numeracy
