  • Course Bookings: Manage and coordinate training bookings for candidates, ensuring schedules are accurate and that everything runs smoothly.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, assisting with any queries or updates regarding the training process.
  • Brand Building: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation by delivering excellent customer service and encouraging positive reviews.
  • Onboarding Customers: Support the onboarding process for customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and materials for their training programs.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Utilise Excel and other software tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance areas, ensuring tasks and goals are completed on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, enabling you to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office-based software to track data and generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve goals.
