This is a Part Time role with around 30 hours per week .
There is WFH / Hybrid Flexibility - however you must work on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Editorial & Website Management
- Bi-weekly newsletter articles
- Creating and publishing articles
- Amendments to content or listings on the website where necessary
- Create competitions, vouchers & events for advertisers
- Close competitions, sending out winners’ emails and coordinating prizes
- Maintain attraction listings
- Keep website advertising up to date and refresh on a monthly basis
- Ideally a working knowledge of WordPress - training on the site will be given.
- Add regular events and keep main attractions up to date.
- Liaise with external website developers to monitor ongoing website maintenance improvements and tasks.
- Sourcing safe images to use across all editorial content
Sales Support & Administration
- Assist and check on spreadsheets that all relevant elements have been booked in and reserved for client. Assist/support Sales Manager with processing of all clients Booking Reservation Forms.
- Create a process, and maintain, to ensure listings don’t fall off site- perhaps a calendar for attractions listings expiring and advise Sales on a monthly basis of renewals coming up.
- Request any artwork required from clients & save in relevant folders for when needed.
- Assist with proofing of all e-newsletters/campaigns and check all external links correct.
- Assist with researching for leads to contact for specific targeted campaigns and save in relevant folder for when required.
Digital Marketing
- SEO
- Work with sales to create regular B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns. Confident use of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics, Dotdigital & Constant Contact)
- Creation of Google Ads campaigns throughout the year, including setting and monitoring budget
- Weekly reports, containing stats updates from Google Analytics
- Co-ordinate large-scale marketing projects e.g. Christmas Campaign, Easter Campaign etc
- Regular social media posts across Facebook, Instagram & Twitter (X)
Skills Required:
- Use Paint Shop Pro/Canva to size images accordingly, once sourced
- Ability to write basic English copy necessary
- Experience on Dotdigital, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mail Munch, Constant Contact, Meta Ads & Canva is preferred.
