- Course Bookings:Â Manage and coordinate bookings to ensure a seamless process for candidates.
- Customer Support:Â Act as the first point of contact, answering questions and providing updates throughout the training journey.
- Brand Building:Â Deliver excellent customer service, contributing to a strong, positive reputation and encouraging customer reviews.
- Sales Support:Â Assist the sales team with operational tasks.
- Product Recommendations:Â Suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.

- Salary: Up to £27k per annum (includes commission) — dependent on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 4:15 pm — no weekend or bank holiday work
