Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. Brook Street are recruiting for 2 administrators to join the busy court teams in Aldershot. The positions are temporary to start asap and expected to run until end of March 2025, working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday and is working on site.

Pay Rate is 11.59 per hour rising to 11.88 after 12 weeks

Duties will include but may not be limited to
* Producing of orders
* Producing of correspondence
* Dealing with email queries
* Dealing with telephone queries
* Clerking duties
* Filing duties, electronic and manual
* Photocopying


Candidates require good communication skills and a good command of Microsoft word and outlook

Training is provided on tasks/systems

Candidates should be flexible, have the ability to follow instruction and work independently as well as part of a team.
