Job Title: CMM Quality Inspector

Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CMM Quality Inspector to join our expanding team in Aldershot. This role is ideal for both emerging talents and experienced professionals who are passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct precise inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other advanced inspection tools.
Analyse and provide feedback on production processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
Collaborate with the QA team to discuss inspection results and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and calibrate tooling and gauges to ensure accurate measurements.
Document quality criteria and procedures, ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS).
Support production part approval processes (PPAP) and contribute to 8D reporting as needed.

Requirements:

Experience in quality inspection with familiarity in using CMM and other measurement tools.
Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, such as BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
