An experienced and effective valuer is sought to join an independent agency to continue growing the business by winning instructions and servicing clients to a high level.
With a great depth of property experience to draw from, you will be adaptable to property trends and be comfortable servicing clients to the same high standards demanded of the company.
Proficient handling and supporting luxurious homes, you will be instrumental in generating new business, chain building and having unquestionable communication skills to negotiate and facilitate the best sales and outcome for your clients.
A basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 is offered depending on experience with an OTE £50K.
Your own car to use for work purposes is required along with being able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
