Property Manager

## Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of tenant relations, from leasing to maintenance requests
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Handle rent collection and financial reporting
- Utilise Yardi software for property management tasks
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in communal areas
- Implement strategies for upselling additional services to tenants

## Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Proficiency in office and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
