Processing supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and reconciling statements

Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and resolving any discrepancies

Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the purchase ledger

Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries

Supporting the finance team with additional administrative duties as required
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience as a Purchase Ledger Assistant and in the above and be on short notice.
