Workshop Controller
£30-35k basic with £40-45k OTE
Farnborough
Permanent, Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Making weekly checks on all workshop equipment.
  • Ensuring loan cars and drop cars checks are completed in line with the company policy.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out with regards to health and safety of the customers and employees.
  • You will be the first contact for the customer as they enter the dealership
  • You will explain the repair process and then book the customers vehicles in. 
  • You must effectively sell products and services as well as making customer bookings.
  • Assist the service manager with daily tasks, stepping into this role when they are off site and helping manage the front of house operations.

Your background & skill:

  • Experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealer.
  • Great at multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
