Workshop Controller
£30-35k basic with £40-45k OTE

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Making weekly checks on all workshop equipment.
- Ensuring loan cars and drop cars checks are completed in line with the company policy.
- Ensuring all work is carried out with regards to health and safety of the customers and employees.
- You will be the first contact for the customer as they enter the dealership
- You will explain the repair process and then book the customers vehicles in.
- You must effectively sell products and services as well as making customer bookings.
- Assist the service manager with daily tasks, stepping into this role when they are off site and helping manage the front of house operations.
Your background & skill:
- Experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealer.
- Great at multitasking and working under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
